Guidance Sessions

Mentees can explore available mentoring sessions in the Guidance Sessions space or through the Skill Hub menu and must complete payment within one hour of selecting a time slot to confirm the booking. Before you’re able to apply, you must create a THU account.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your selected slot becomes confirmed. You can then view and join the session at any time through your account. Simply click on your avatar in the top right corner and select My Schedule from the menu.

After purchasing a multi-session mentorship, you can schedule your first session immediately. Once your initial session is complete, you and your mentor will discuss the best schedule for your remaining meetings. Following this discussion, your mentor will open up personalized time slots for you to book the subsequent sessions at your convenience.

The Mentee selects the session’s date and time at the time of purchase. If the session is later unscheduled by the Mentee, rescheduling will depend on the Mentor’s availability and is not guaranteed. The THU Platform is not responsible for any scheduling conflicts or misalignments resulting from failure to confirm availability prior to booking, and refunds will not be issued for unscheduled sessions.

If the time zone is not set correctly before booking, scheduling conflicts or missed appointments may occur. In which case, no refunds will be issued to the mentee.

Mentees waive the right to cancel or request a refund once a session is scheduled, unless the mentor cancels, in which case a full refund will be issued.
