tenth edition
The tenth edition of the THU Main Event was one for the books. More than 800 tribe members got together for six days of inspiration, knowledge, and growth.
We fostered connection by focusing on having more conversations instead of one-sided talks so everyone could have a voice and be an active part of changing the industry for the better. This event solidified our belief in the power of togetherness.

FAQS
How does paying in installments work?
You can pay for your ticket with small payments made over a fixed period of time. The total price of the ticket is divided by the number of installments, which may vary from 10 to 2 (no extra cost), depending on when you purchase your ticket (the sooner the more installments!). You can read more about it on the Terms and Conditions.
Can I buy multiple tickets at once?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets through our Platform. However, the system does not allow the automated purchase of multiple Pioneer or Veteran price tickets, as these are personal, non-transferable and subject to verification. If you’d like to buy a mix of ticket types (for example, regular tickets together with Pioneer or Veteran tickets) or more than five tickets in total, please contact our team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist. Companies and schools are exempt from service fees, so make sure to reach out before completing your purchase to ensure the exemption is applied.
What does the THU ticket include?
The ticket covers the THU intensive program for 6 days, from 9am to 2am: talks, mentorships, portfolio reviews, live demos, workshops and other all-day activities. It also covers the shuttles from the Lisbon airport to Troia and from Troia to Lisbon airport on your last day. It does not include: travel, lodging, and food expenses.
Where should I look for accommodation?
We advise you to browse in Troia because it's walking distance from the venues and... well, everything! You can also look at accommodation in Setubal, but you'll need to cross the river in the ferry everyday. Address of the main venue is Alameda da Marina, 7570-789. We will be providing updates regarding accommodation soon on our website.
Is there any info about lodging in your website?
We're working on exclusive deals. We hope to disclose more information soon.
Must I take any extra action after purchasing multiple tickets?
If you buy multiple tickets to THU 2026, make sure you assign each ticket to the correct attendee before the event begins. Tickets must be transferred to the respective owners before attendees can register at the Welcome Desk. You can easily manage your multiple tickets through the THU 2026 Space (Invites menu). Just make sure you have each participant’s THU account email ready when assigning the tickets.
Is there a refund policy on the ticket?
There are no refunds on THU tickets, except if THU Lda is obligated to cancel the event; If traveling to Portugal from your home country is prohibited.
Can I receive a single invoice for the total ticket amount at the end of my installment plan?
Our system automatically generates invoices for each installment payment. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to issue a single consolidated invoice after all payments are completed. You will receive a monthly invoice following each payment instead.
How do the shuttles work?
We’ll share more information closer to the event, at which time we’ll send a form to all attendees to collect arrival and departure times and organize the shuttle schedule accordingly. The shuttle usually starts operating at least one day before the event, typically on the Sunday preceding the event start. For departures, the shuttle normally operates for one day only, on the day after the event ends. Regarding the route, the shuttle departs from the airport and goes to the Setubal catamaran station. From there, attendees take a catamaran to Troia. Please note that the catamaran ticket is paid for by the attendees. If you plan to stay in Setubal, you will need to take the catamaran daily to travel to Troia. The trip from Setubal to the airport takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
