Through my professional journey and a selection of projects, I will explore the potential of Food Design as a discipline capable of generating connections, reflection, and transformation. The talk introduces the concept of Food Human Design, a proposal that invites us to rethink design from a more human perspective, where care, affection, and food become tools for imagining new futures.
