Nadia Ruiz is a People & Culture strategist, behaviour analyst, and PhD researcher in Social Psychology and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Valencia.

With more than 15 years of experience advising organizations working in complex, high-demand environments, she has worked extensively with animation studios, game companies, and technology startups, helping them build healthier, more adaptive, high-performing creative teams. As co-founder of La Tribu Animation, she developed an organizational methodology that combines behavioural science with the realities of creative production.
