Located in Yamanaka Onsen, Kaga City, Hanamurasaki is a long-established ryokan with a history spanning 120 years. Guided by the belief that “a ryokan is the showroom of its region, and the development of the ryokan and the community are inseparable,” it has hosted numerous creative projects and collaborations with artists, drawing on local resources. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to past examples before working together to design a new travel concept. Through creative thinking, we will shape a travel story that leads into the future while rediscovering the charm and cultural value of the region. 加賀市山中温泉にある旅館「花紫」は、120年の歴史をもつ老舗企業。「旅館は地域のショールームであり、旅館と地域の発展は一体である」という考えのもと、地域資源を生かした創造的な企画やアーティストとのコラボレーションを数多く展開する。今回のワークショップでは、そうした過去の事例を紹介しながら、参加者と共に新たな旅の企画を創造する。クリエイティブに思考をめぐらし、未来につながる旅の物語を形にすると同時に、地域の魅力や文化的価値の再発見を共に考えるワークショップ。
