The distance between being a director/producer/leader with a Vision and the final realization of that Vision is always longer than you think, and the team you build to join you on that journey will become, for that time, some of the most important people in your life whether you like it or not. You’ll be talking to them every day, facing challenges together, celebrating milestones together, all working towards a singular goal. Whether the project is short-lived or seemingly endless it has the chance to become an important and memorable marker in not just your career, but theirs. So why not make it a good one?
