Mach has always been fascinated with art and technology. As a kid, he wrote a simple drawing program in BASIC to create red-blue stereo images on an IBM PC XT.

From there, it was a short jump to working as an Effects Artist in Hawaii on a computer graphics feature film that no one saw. Then he spent a decade at Pixar working on several movies that lots of people saw.

Now he works at Google on Tilt Brush, bringing him full circle back to working on a drawing program to create art in 3D.
