Subscription Terms

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of our products and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

If you use Subscription Services on behalf of an entity, you agree to these Terms for that entity and warrant to THU, S. A., owner of Trojan Horse was Unicorn, that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these Terms, unless that entity has a separate paid contract in effect with THU S. A., in which event the separate paid contract governs your use of the Services.

 

Plan Scope and Limitations

A Recruiter Plan is limited to one specific company and is non-transferable. The use of the plan services must be solely limited to your internal candidates' screening and recruitment process purposes (unless explicitly agreed in writing otherwise).

All potential candidates must have a user THU Platform account to access the company’s space and content.

 

Subscription Plan

The Recruiter Plan (180€ / month) offers all the features of the free plan, plus exclusive premium benefits:

• Manage all your recruitment needs in one place: Manage the workflow from job posting to interviews.
• Take Bulk Actions: Manage recruitment tasks quickly, helping you save time. 
• Collaborative Insights: Add personal notes on candidates and share insights with your team.
• Tagging and Filtering: Tag and filter candidates by skills, experience, and other key criteria to streamline your search for the ideal match.

 

Team Member’s Access and their Responsibilities:

If your team members already have a personal THU account, they don’t need to create a new one to be added to your Business Account.

You can invite team members to join your Business Account by generating an invitation link that you must share. Invited team members should log in and accept the invitation link. 

The person who creates the account is set up as admin. You can then assign the admin role to other members who accept the invite.

The Business Account is available to all team members under their Avatar, at the top right corner. By clicking on it, they can select a profile to manage.

These Terms bind all team members with access to your Business Page, and you assume direct and primary responsibility for their actions on the platform. References in these Terms to “you” shall imply references to your Affiliates.

 

Subscription Fees and Payment Terms

Access to these Services requires payment of a Monthly subscription plan as outlined on our billing page or in a service agreement. THU reserves the right to update its fees but will notify you of any changes before your current subscription is renewed.

 

Billing and Payment

By selecting a paid plan and providing information for your payment method, you hereby authorize THU and/or our third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to charge your respective payment method on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, according to your selected subscription terms.

Monthly subscription fees are billed on the same day each month as the original subscription date. 

You agree to keep your payment information up to date and understand that failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of Services. You can edit your Billing information and access the subscription invoices on your Business Page.
 

Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled. To avoid new charges, please cancel your subscription plan in your Billing Area. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable and no refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-term.

Upon cancellation/downgrade of your Recruiter Plan, you will lose access to its features.

As a user with an individual account, you can still access THU Platform spaces of which you are a member, ask to join other spaces and purchase tickets to our events.

 

Job Advertising

Subscribed businesses may post job openings on the THU platform. Job postings should comply with applicable laws, our standards, and these Terms.

You agree to take down your post if the position has been filled and to promptly update any information to ensure that all listings remain current and accurate throughout the hiring process.

You agree not to post jobs that involve discrimination or content that is misleading, offensive, or uses inappropriate language.

Posts or hyperlinks redirecting the candidate to another application system will not be accepted. 
 

Company Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including employment laws, European data protection laws, and intellectual property rights. You are responsible for obtaining any additional information that you may require from the candidate that is not available through our Platform. Data extraction methods for other purposes are strictly prohibited.

All team members who gain access to candidates’ personal or sensitive data will maintain its confidentiality and use it only for the purposes and scope of the Services.

You understand that THU may collect feedback from candidates about the quality of our Services. We use this feedback to improve our initiatives and spaces.
