Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of our products and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
Business Account and Business Profile
When creating a Business Account, you will be requested to fill out the Business Name, Company Type, the Industry it belongs to, and VAT (if applied). You’ll also need to accept our general conditions to create an account for your business.
After taking these steps, you can complete your Business Profile, which will be visible to all Platform users. Fields you will be asked to fill out include an image, a logo, one or more locations, and a description.
When you create a Business Account, you automatically start out with the Free Plan, and your business Official Space is automatically generated. This is your business space, where you can publish articles or updates, and keep the tribe engaged.
Team Member’s Access and their Responsibilities:
If your team members already have a personal THU account, they don’t need to create a new one to be added to your Business Account.
You can invite team members to join your Business Account by generating an invitation link that you must share. Invited team members should log in and accept the invitation link.
The person who creates the account is set up as admin. You can then assign the admin role to other members who accept the invite.
The Business Account is available to all team members under their Avatar icon, at the top right corner. By clicking on it, they can select a profile to manage.
These Terms bind all team members with access to your Business Page, and you assume direct and primary responsibility for their actions on the platform. References in these Terms to “you” shall imply references to your Affiliates.
Creating Offers on our THU Platform:
When creating your account on the THU platform, you will be able to:
Create and Publish Job Listings: Including job vacancies, internships, freelance projects, and more. You are responsible for providing clear and accurate information for each listing.
Ensure Legal Compliance: You must ensure the listings comply with applicable labor laws and data protection laws. You agree not to post jobs that involve discrimination or content that is misleading, offensive, or uses inappropriate language.
Responsibility for Listings: You agree to take down your post if the position has been filled and to promptly update any information to ensure that all listings remain current and accurate throughout the hiring process. You understand that THU may collect feedback from candidates about the quality of our Services. The THU platform reserves the right to review, modify, or remove job listings that violate our policies or fail to comply with legal standards.
Interaction with Candidates: You are responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, including selection, interview scheduling, and candidate hiring. Access to candidates' personal or sensitive information is permitted solely to carry out these Services and must not be used for any other reason. To learn how we process personal data, please visit our Policy Notice.
Display of Listings: By publishing job listings, you allow the platform to display the listings within the platform for the purpose of providing the service to users.
