Polygon Pictures will welcome its 40th anniversary this July. I have been its president for half of its history, during which time our revenue has grown 10 fold plus, created 2 other studios in Malaysia and India, and have amassed international accolades including multiple Emmy Awards. I did not study in an art school, nor have I gone to a business school. Everything I’ve done, I’ve learned on the run. Now, after 20 years, I can say that I have a management style and philosophy, that I can call my own, which I would like to share with you.
