My name is Damjan Gjorgievski and I am an artist working in the field of art and entertainment for more than 7 years. I am originally from Macedonia, currently living in Finland working as a freelance artist and studying the impact of art on Mental Health and Society. In the meantime, I am working on getting funding for my own startups for gaming and publishing. I will share my experience in how my personal artworks have helped me move forward with my career faster than the main career path I took years ago in digital art. I believe that by sharing my own experience and daily practices that helped me finally make my own projects reality, people will be able to learn on how to find their way to do the same. Beside that, I will share my experience with working with teams as an Art Director and motivating others to pickup some habits which would drip into the workspace envrionment and bit by bit impact the industry. It is my believe that it is every artist's responsibility to bring their unique selves forward more often in order to improve society in general.
