The presentation focused on giving feedback to artists and supervisors plays a crucial role in creating an environment that gives freedom to elevating creative projects. Effective feedback is extremely important in the creative process, ensuring the artists and supervisors meet their intended goals. As a Head of CGI in the Animation&VFX Department, the speaker-Matt Tokarz will explain how to use the feedback in a most efficient way. Matt will be focused mainly on the creative studio in his speech, so the audience can understand the specifics of the environment. The presentation is based on years of the author’s experience receiving and giving feedback (both as an artist and supervisor). It will be a story of progression and should help artists and supervisors better understand the feedback's role. There will be examples of what to do and what not to do while criticising art and cooperating with others. The speaker will explain how good and clear feedback serves as one of the most important communication tools, and how important it is to know how to use it. The role of feedback extends beyond individuals. It promotes teamwork.
