Riannon Delanoy

Biography

Born in Charlottesville, Virginia, and raised mostly in Stow and Acton, Massachusetts, Riannon attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where she majored in Film and Television. 

At the age of 12, she was so impressed with the Miyazaki film, “Princess Mononoke,” and the realization that animation made it possible to portray any idea one could imagine, that she knew from then on that she wanted to be involved in animation. She launched her professional career at Rhythm & Hues on such films as “Hop” and “Alvin and the Chipmunks 3,” and went on to work at Blue Sky (“Ice Age 4”) before coming to Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2012 as part of the Talent Development program.

Her Disney film credits include “Frozen,” “Big Hero 6,” “Zootopia,” “Moana,” “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” and the upcoming “Frozen 2.”
