What have you always wanted to ask from game makers? We are Lightheart Entertainment, the company behind the mobile game Mr Autofire. Before Lightheart, founded in 2019, a big portion of our team had already vast experience on making games both in smaller studios and bigger corporations. But this time we decided to create a different setting to start with - We built the company to not have a hierarchy, instead building a structure for teams to self-organize and be able to make powerful decisions.
