Allow me the rant:

Making a game is hard work. I woke up at 4:30 this morning to work on a dream, only to have it interrupted by eight hours at the job that pays the bills. Now I'm back to marketing and selling a game that isn't even finished yet.

Indie game development is something close to madness, but a man can endure anything except the lack of meaning. This game, for me, is meaningful. It's the creation of a tribe of soulmates, the screaming of a voice into a dark hole, expecting the echo to come back screaming fucking louder and feeding this energy that's now sustained by my third coffee as I enter my third shift of work today.

This is going to be a long one, but these will be the days I remember. Where friends showed up to support, where colleagues came to debate, where we proved that as humans and as an industry, we are stronger together.

Oh yeah I'm giving a talk tomorrow, pass by and hang out :)
