Listening to Signs From the Universe - My Career Change Story

Seven years ago, a small inkling crept into my mind to revisit a childhood dream of becoming a full-time artist. I didn't know how to do it and I felt completely lost. I had a very stable career as a math teacher already, not to mention a Master's Degree in Education from Stanford University, and a deep-rooted fear of disappointing my immigrant parents. Still, I knew I had to try. In this talk, I want to share all of the different art paths I took, my failures and my successes, to get to where I am today as a full-time concept artist.
