Project Description
Jingho and his friends spend an afternoon at the local park and play adventurers. In the course of the game, they are propelled into a magical world populated by unusual creatures. This enchanted universe is ruled by a terrible misty giant with many keys. In this new world, they will have to brave obstacles, show inventiveness and courage to survive and have a chance to escape, at the risk of being locked up there forever. To do so, they will have to overcome the giant and steal the key to the memory room where the exit door is located.This project was born from my time as a volunteer teacher at a summer camp. I had a child on the Autism spectrum and a Hyper Active child in my class. This experience made me realize how little is said about Mental Heath in Africa, especially among children. Being in the animation field I realized that there was very little representation in cartoons. I decided to create this short film.To do this I opted for a 2D cartoon, Cut-Out animation style that is suitable for children. 3D elements will be included in the sets to bring relief and fluidity. For the effects of the magical world, VFX will be used. To this we will include photography to materialize the unique, original and creative aspect of the children's imagination.
