Work with management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines set by the production.
Able to manage a team of 5-7 modelers at a time while estimating the time required on modeling tasks.
Work with animators to design motion controls.
Come out with creative solutions on technical issues arising from the team.
Collaborate with the modeling team to create a model that meets technical needs.
Ensure the quality of the models created by the modeling team meets up to client standards.
Explore and learn new ways to improve quality and standard of the team while meeting Lemon Sky standards.
Demonstrate new tools and techniques to teammates of the department.
Create characters, sets, props and vehicles base on concept and designs.
Create high-end complex 3D models modeling within timely manner.
Set up skeletons on characters as required and create shaders as required by the design.
Advance knowledge on cloth modeling and intermediate knowledge on fur and hair creation.
Apply material and texture on geometry based on the design.
Basic knowledge on mel-script and python.
