A 3D Animator should have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of animation while being able to manage and maintain a good level of quality in a fast paced and timely manner production environment. The main role of a 3d Animator will be creating animations of characters, clothing, and props for a wide range of subject matter and styles. Also, a 3D Animator must be able to solve problems with persistence and creativity efficiently under pressure of deadlines.

• Deliver high quality animation including lip sync and character animation within the schedule and budget.
• Work well with teammates and superiors
• Responsible and take initiative to improve and communicate with superiors
• Responsible for the creation of 3D character animation, that meets the originality, creative and technical quality standards
• Lead the Juniors by good example and assisting them.
