Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lead UI-UX to join our team.

Your mission will lead you to work on the following projects and tasks (non-exhaustive):

• Work in close collaboration with the members of the UI team to propose and develop interfaces,
• Work closely with the UI TECH team to assess the provisional schedule (timelines, risks, etc.) 
• Work with user research and community development teams to get a clear idea of ​​behaviors, goals, motivations, values, needs, players, etc,
• Collaborate with all the teams concerned with the user experience (audio, art, animation, narration, design, etc.) ,
• Define the  visual guideline aspects, improve production processes, strengthen artistic vision and user experience jointly with the Art-Director,
• Team management,
• Find balanced solutions to challenges for players, the company in partnership with game designers.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as UI artist in the video games industry,
• Ability to manage a team,
• Demonstrated knowledge of 3DSMax, Maya tools or 2D / 3D tools,
• Demonstrated knowledge of UX theories,
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and After effects,
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
