Project Description

Everybody’s way to waters of an oasis of sage space among the sand dunes of reality is different. As someone whose sense of "safe" was taken away by war, I have had to think a lot about what that means to me in order to recreate that feeling, and this battle would have been impossible without those whom I deeply love. This composition reflects precisely that: a battle for serenity, where a sword is used to gently lift a heavy curtain of the mundane, and a wave washes away the hard day.
