I wasn't planning to participate in the THU until a close friend sent me the instagram story about the Golden Ticket. You could say it was fate, so I decided to accept the challenge.

I started with a brainstorm, "what does "My personal Oasis" means to me?". To me, it means home, my room. "What room am I talking about?", I had many rooms before, but one speaked to me the most, my University room. 

Not only I spent a lot of time in this room, I created a lot of memories and photos in it. This are just a few.

Having that in mind, I started sketching away. I wanted to be able to capture all the moments in that room and figure out the best way to show it off. 

My favorite thumbnail was the fish eye point of view with the polaroid frames covering the room, where the memories were illustrated, and little old me taking a picture with my many phones. (I only have one, but I bought many covers for it.)

I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy drawing backgrounds and landscapes free- handed. So, I need to find a way to make this more pleasing to work it.
