• Create and maintain the art project schedule, and constantly align with the other team leads (Tech Director, Product, Producer). 

• Work closely with the product owner, artists, and developers on the project to establish the production pipeline, and implement best practices to ensure a smooth production. 

• Regularly assess artist schedules and task assignments, prioritize them and organize, ensure they are completed in a timely manner, and adapt planning if necessary. 

• Oversee project-specific production processes and work on increasing team’s efficiency and effectiveness wherever possible.

• Conduct regular one-to-ones with team members and team leaders to make sure any team challenges or misunderstandings are solved ahead of time.

• Lead by example and actively work on the art team’s cohesion and motivation.

• Oversee external contractors and service providers, and manage costs, quality and timeline for deliverables.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to various situations.

• Professional proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.

• Proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous approach to work 

• Strong solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and/or predict possible challenges in the future. 

• Strong knowledge of best workflow optimization practices.

 Required experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Video Games Artist or other relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the video games industry. ​
