Biography
Yuyang Yan graduated from the Honors Bachelor of Animation program at Sheridan College in 2022. Her thesis film, made completely in Houdini and explores the felt stop-motion aesthetic, was completed in April 2022 and is currently selected for film festivals in Canada, India, France, and Spain.
Having a passion for CG, storytelling, and mixed media, Yuyang strives to tell heartfelt stories with innovative technological solutions.
Currently, Yuyang is an animator in Canada and continues to further her knowledge in Houdini for VFX.
