I spent my childhood outdoors, exploring the woods and having adventures with my siblings. These experiences influenced my passion for storyboarding, adventure, action, and comedy. I find enjoyment in placing characters in situations that test them. You get a real sense of who they are at their very core by trying them. The same way I enjoy driving forth my characters, I find excitement in pushing myself. I'm always open to learning ways to improve my storyboards and to gain a better understanding of the storytelling pipeline. Through LatinX in Animations, I got the opportunity to be a mentee for the first-ever Netflix Animation Foundations Program. As a storyboard mentee, I learned to tackle story and structure problems while maximizing the entertainment value where needed. In my previous experiences as a Freelance Designer for Adobe and Animator (later promoted to Lead Retake Animator) for ATTN:, communication between employees, organizational skills, and time management were essential.
