Started working in the industry in 1996 in USA for AOL. Worked on online multiplayer textbased rpg RyDin. Then for German company on Lands of Evermore, then for White Wolf on online St Louis by Night, then moved back to Belarus  and started designing table top Rpgs, Larps,  video games and other types of games. Worked for Elemental Games on Space Rangers 2. In 2009 founded game design company Heroes Guild which helped to design games to bigger companies and made some on demand. (Also was co-owner of Law and Tax firm Business Advisers, fashion brand P.A.N.I. and several other companies) Worked on Corpus Future as Advisor, three contracts with Wargaming, advised on game The Blind Legend, Happy Home, It Lurks Below (with David Bravik, creator of diablo 1-2, warcraft 3 and WoW), Star Seekers  Replaced and many other games. 

In 2020 got in to the black list (Judas) of Lukashenko regime and in 2021 was arrested in own home. Valuables and all tech were confiscated Interrogated and imprisoned. Friends from Indie Fundacija Polska helped me to get out and smuggled in to Poland. Since then was remotely working for Roboto and The Farm 51. In summer of 2023 was layer off by The Farm 51. 

I am also Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Psychology and Master of Laws. Also have BA in education, economics and Business.  Have over 20 years of experience teaching at University. 

Right now As guest Professor lecturing  at Tallinn University to Master Students on Game Developement Project, also at Lower Silecia University lecturing on "Game Design", "Storytelling and Story Design", and as researcher at Gdansk University. 

Author and coauthor of over 100 books and articles, lectures.
