Vince Baertsoen is Global Head of CG at Framestore, where he oversees communication, management, and the implementation of new technologies and VFX workflows across the company, working closely with a team of Heads of departments, Disciplines/VFX supervisors and Technical Directors from each global office. He regularly works on special projects as a Creative Director or VFX supervisor, for realtime or special projects. Prior to joining Framestore, he was Group CG Director at The Mill, where he was responsible for overseeing the communication and development of the CG pipeline and worked with supervisors across all disciplines, including rigging, animation, lighting, FX, modeling/texturing, and previs. He also managed and was involved with special projects like: Mill Blackbird, Realtime rendering for VFX, opening an office in India and many others.
