Victor is the Director of Global Investments at Krafton, based in the company's Amsterdam office. He leads Krafton's investment and M&A sourcing across Europe and North America, and manages relationships with the company's portfolio studios in the region.

Previously, Victor led Strategy and Operations for Riot Games in APAC, driving growth strategy and commercial partnerships across multiple countries in the region. Earlier in his career, he worked in product strategy at a fintech unicorn in Korea and as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group's Atlanta office.

Victor holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and has been a lifelong gamer across FPS, MOBA, RPG, and strategy games.
