For years I have dabbled as a self-taught makeup artist, focusing on realistic special FX. I recently decided to invest in more formal art education and began taking classes at Gnomon in Hollywood. Prior to Gnomon, my professional writing career has spanned nearly 20 years, and in that time I have delivered impeccable copy for everything from product descriptions, major events, keynotes, commencement speeches, webcast scripts, employee communications, press releases, executive quotes, newsletters, infographics, company blogs, and more. I began writing for UPS while attending Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA, and eventually relocated to Los Angeles where I joined Warner Bros.' Marketing & Communications team for about 10 years. In 2014, I made a big career change when I accepted an opportunity with SpaceX, where I spent an extraordinary six years writing for a wide variety of topics and audiences. I'm also a drummer, having played in two rock bands!
