Venus Tawiah is a multi-disciplined business strategist, marketeer, and award-winning creative. She collaborates with businesses to leverage creativity, digital innovation, and technology for transformation and growth. Fondly known as "The Missing Link," she bridges the gaps between vision and actualisation with a focuse on translating creativity to financial equity.

She serves as a Management Team Member and Director of Business and Corporate Communications at the multi-award-winning advertising communications agency, Now Available Africa where she has worked with companies such as NIKE, Diageo, Nestle CWAR, IOM and The United Nations to name a few. 

At a time when most businesses and the Ghanaian advertising industry were focused solely on traditional methods, Venus championed the integration of digital. She has been instrumental in transitioning businesses across various industries into the digital realm. Her efforts, collaborations with industry leaders, and advocacy have significantly contributed to the understanding, adoption, and recognition of digital in Ghana and beyond. In the Esports Gaming arena, she is recognised as one of the few women driving the growth of the industry in Ghana, particularly through her work in developing "Games for Change" with organisations like UN WFP where she has worked with Letti Arts (https://www.letiarts.com) to develop a behavioural change game called SESA which is supported by Animations she produced with Animax YPD Studios (https://animaxfybstudios.com).  She also coaches female gamers who are building careers in Esports. Additionally, she is an athlete on Ghana's National Fencing Team and Creative Director of sustainable fashion brand SuneV Couture. 

Venus is an active member of the Advertising Association of Ghana, the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG), the Executive Women’s Network, and the Esports Association Ghana.
