Valia is a young latina woman based in the New York Metro Area, United States. Video games have deeply influenced Valia since very young, especially after arrving to the US. Though she initially did not decide to pursue a career in video games, her passion eventually changed her career choice from Computer Science to Design, and eventually Human-Computer Interaction Design. After graduation, Valia has been seeking ways to improve her game UI design and implementation skills through communities and online resources.
