Biography
A young professional graduated from Middlesex University in Visual Effects. In my last year at Middlesex I specialised in texturing focusing on a procedural workflow with the Substance Toolkit. I am also interested in lookdev and environment design. Before University I did a 3 year vocational course in digital media, which gave me the basic skills of every medium, from web design to colour theory and all else.
During my time at Middlesex I assisted others in earning their place in the industry. I was the first Student Learning Assistant of the course and the Student Voice Leader, roles I found extremely fulfilling. I also enjoyed working on live projects produced by film students. Through these projects I got to explore my other VFX passion: supervising. I am a people person who enjoys leadership, team management, project planning, and large scale challenges.
Nowadays I am strengthening my texturing skills by developing my portfolio. I am also a freelance photographer, using my analogue camera to stretch the creative possibilities of photography and provide clients, mainly musicians, with a unique visual message. I also explore various other forms of self-expression such as drawing and creative writing.
