As a lifelong animation fan and champion for creative talent, Stephanie leads the Recruitment, Outreach, and Talent Development teams at Walt Disney Animation Studios and The Walt Disney Studios. After starting her entertainment career at Paramount Pictures, she joined Disney and has spent over 17 years supporting artists and storytellers through talent development, outreach, artist management, and recruitment. She loves building meaningful connections, nurturing creative careers, and helping foster environments where curiosity and imagination can thrive. When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with her husband and two sons in sunny California. Stephanie is excited to experience THU for the first time and can't wait to meet fellow artists and creatives from around the globe.
