Stella Chen is a Taiwanese Visual Development Artist currently based in Los Angeles. She is a current Junior studying animation at the University of Southern California and a student worker at the Entertainment and Technology Center at USC. She is passionate about creating characters and building worlds for animation and games. When she is not drawing, you can find her hiking, reading, and petting stray cats.
