I’ve participated in designing effective visual communication for a variety of causes. My versatility as a graphic designer is evident in my portfolio where I showcased my creative exploration in a wide spectrum of project scopes. I believe this reflects my eagerness to learn new things and challenge my skills as a creative. My aforementioned attributes helped me fulfill my role as a graphic designer at Catalyst Agents where I multitasked on a variety of projects in a fast paced environment. I created marketing graphics for print, web, and social media to help client brands like La Roche-Posay, Skinceutical, and BC Liquor Stores to promote themselves and their products to the intended demographic. As well, I branched out into UI by designing a new website for BakerWest, a real estate company, to incorporate their new brand design. I also created graphics that promote 2022 Vancouver International Women in Film Festival on major social media platforms. To accomodate the 32 featured films and its various assets, I structured design templates that are flexible in its usage, but can create visual cohesion in the promotional graphics. Working under an existing design guideline, I paid attention to details to make sure all my outputs are up to standard and consistent overall. At TEDxEmilyCarrU, a student led social event at Emily Carr University, team members and I created an overarching design guideline and collaterals for the event that attracted more than 300 people. In a team oriented environment, we continuously exchanged constructive feedback and developed upon each other’s ideas for the best visual outcome. I would love an opportunity to contribute these skillsets I've built and polished from my previous experiences towards the exciting, entertainment industry!
