I was born in South Korea, but my family came to the United States when I was around 3-4 years old. While I drew ever since I was young, it wasn't until around my junior year of undergraduate school that I told my parents of how I wanted to try going into Animation. They eventually agreed to let me try, as long as I finished obtaining my Biology degree. I was accepted to SCAD in Atlanta for their MFA program, where I learned so much from the wonderful professors. My main focus was traditional 2D animation with a sprinkle of stop motion. Although I was unable to finish the school due to personal reasons, I obtained a lot of experience from the collaborative projects and classes. Currently, I am looking for opportunities that would help me break into the industry.
