Biography
Like many other kids, I loved to draw and was interested in animation, but as I grew up my love for these things didn't go away! In my senior year of High School, I took classes in film and art that cemented my plans to become a film major with a focus on animation. I started attending UC Santa Cruz in Fall of 2016 and for the next 3.66 years, I took as many classes in drawing and animation as I could. My core curriculum however was in film studies and production, through which I created several live-action short films. Besides my coursework I was also a part-time graphic designer for my college. I graduated in March 2020 with a degree in Film and Digital Media, just barely finishing up classes in person before everything went online. After working a few odd jobs at the start of the pandemic, I began my current job in summer of 2021 as a layout artist at TCL Research America (the animation division called IDEO Studios). My aspiration is to one day be a full-time storyboard artist or editor.
