I am an illustration student with a strong interest in the intersection of visual arts, storytelling, and contemporary pop culture. After initially studying economics, I decided to shift toward a creative path and enrolled in the online fundamentals of visual development course at Idea Academy (Rome), driven by the desire to work more directly and consciously with images. Alongside my formal studies, I deepen my illustration and visual storytelling practice through exercises and assignments inspired by international artists and instructors such as Nathan Fowkes, Dice Tsutsumi, Sam Nielson on Schoolism studying concept development, light observation, painting from life, and composition. I have experience studying illustration for visual entertainment. My artistic sensibility is strongly influenced by anime, manga, cinema and animated cinema, with particular attention to emotional storytelling and Japanese visual language (Studio Ghibli, auteur animation, and contemporary series). I am also deeply interested in the dialogue between music and design, which I consider central to my expressive research. I am currently continuing my education in a self-directed way, building a solid visual foundation and seeking a personal visual language that combines illustration, atmosphere, and narrative.
