Hi, my name is Sampo and currently I am working as game artist in Tampere, Finland.

I started my journey in 2014 by studying concept art at FZD in Singapore. At the time I was completely new to everything and it was a rough start. Once I returned I took part in a game project (Gerty game available in steam) after which I decided to further my studies by going to Mediapolis in Tampere. Eventually I got hired in GreenerGrass company in Tampere and have been part of Legends & Heroes mobile game release.

Currently I'm mostly doing 2D environment art and looking into expanding my knowledge with 3D (blender) and architecture studies. I also want to get into characters a little, be better at concept art, try more traditional mediums... at usual the list just goes on.
