Hi! I'm Ryan, and I'm an avid and proactive learner who loves to help artists by using technology to enhance their workflow. I'd bring to your team a nerdy sense of humor and a hard-working attitude.

Biography

Growing up watching behind-the-scenes documentaries of my favorite movies gave me a sense of appreciation for the incredible amount of effort that goes into making a film. I started out on the creative side, editing videos for my high school. However, when I started to discover that I could use my coding skills to build tools to help artists, I was hooked. I found that the best way I could be a part of the incredible movie-making process I watched as a kid was to create technology to assist artists in their work. Last summer, I worked at Instinctual VFX to develop tools that would enable artists to spend more time on shots and less time on mundane tasks. It was incredibly fun and I can’t wait to bring what I learned to a larger studio environment.
