
Biography
Rohit Hela is an Illustrator and Concept Artist who loves depicting nature and fantasy worlds in his environments. He has been working as a freelance artist for the past 2 years and has contributed to animations and games such as Uprooted, Spaceflight Idle Factory, Vedic Sadhana Foundation and Ruined series.
Rohit comes from a fine arts background and has a Masters in Visual Art degree. He has participated in several exhibitions throughout India and was awarded by the State Bank of India for his work on Vigilance Awareness.
He has a keen interest in the entertainment industry and storytelling. During lockdowns, he taught himself digital illustration and began working as a freelance artist. Later on, he further developed his skills with Schoolism and learnt Visual Development, Blender and Color and Light. He hugely admires the works of Arthur Fong, Feng Zhu, and Gabriel Gomez. He specializes in various traditional mediums such as Oils, Acrylics and Charcoal and always tries to incorporate those techniques in digital medium.
When he is not dealing with projects, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and cooking.
Currently, he is focused on creating a project based on an Indian fantasy world and aspires to work full-time as a professional concept artist.
