Portuguese musician/singer/producer/music video director from Portugal, Lisbon. My goal is to be the first Portuguese musician that brings the true Portuguese roots and influences and shows them to the whole world. Other than fado, which is the only genre that people from outside the country know, is way to thin to demonstrate what and where our music culture comes from. From the colonization days, we had a massive influence of Africa and Arab descendants, not just in our city’s names or food, but music and overall asthetics. Mixing Kizomba, Afro music, Funana, Kuduro and Fado might seem kind of unrealistic, but it isn’t. It’s just a matter of time.
