Biography
I love storyboarding for animation because of its intensely collaborative process as well as its potential to create imaginative and impactful storytelling. My goal in animation is to support voices in the industry we have not heard from before and to tell stories all audiences can resonate with. For the past two summers I have worked with the Toronto-based illustrator Nathan Jurevicius to develop his children’s book Birthmark into an animated series pitch. Currently I am collaborating with a talented group of illustrators on my next animated short, Grounded, the story of a cloud koala finding his place in the world. My majors in Screenwriting and Illustration have prepared me for professional work in animated storytelling. In order to live up to my French-sounding name, I have taken several French language classes and hope to live abroad in the future. My hobbies include swimming, table tennis, actual tennis, and hosting impromptu movie nights with friends.
