I'm an artist, author and illustrator from Portugal, currently living and working in Braga. I have a degree in Fine Arts and a Master Degree in Arts Teaching from the Oporto School of Fine Arts. I'm passionate about visual storytelling, and work mainly in children's books, editorial illustration, and visual development for animation, with a big focus on character design.

I'm also an art educator – teaching Digital Illustration at IPCA Design School, in Portugal, and doing regular Live Illustration Masterclasses for Adobe UK –, and a co-founder of LITTLE BLACK SPOT CREATIVE STUDIO, a boutique graphic design studio.
