Biography
After 15 years in the Navy I got injured and was medically retired. During this process I started trting to figure out what I wanted to do with myself for my next career. Well, then the pandemic hit and everyone knows what came next. In my free time I tok up 3D printing as a hobby and as something my kids and I could do from home. After the lockdown ended I offically retired and my family and startd planning our final move to Pennsylvania. I had to pack up my printing lab to sell our house. I decided I would learn how to make my own 3D files to print once we finsihed selling the house and moved. I happened to stumble upon a really great teacher, Robby Branham, and I started to learn all about the things you do with 3D CG software. After modeling, texturing, and animating my very first scene I was hooked! I continued to try and learn on my own through various online resources for the next year, but it was extremely tough. When the opportunity to attend the Academy of Art University for an MFA arose I leapt at the chance. And well, now I'm here, still in school learning through a firehose and loving every second of it!
