Michelle Parwoto Wirono (a.k.a Scribble Rabbit) is an Indonesian-born illustrator based in Redondo Beach, CA. Growing up in Indonesia, she rarely saw animated characters that look like her. When movies such as Mulan came out, she felt represented and recognized. As a Chinese-Indonesian, Michelle strives to bring more representation of her culture into the animation industry. In 2018, Michelle moved from Indonesia to Ohio to pursue her dreams to become a visual development artist and attend Columbus College of Art & Design, where she received a Trustees International Scholarship. In the Spring of 2022, she graduated with a BFA in illustration and a minor in 2D animation as a valedictorian and an Outstanding Senior in Illustration. Michelle is currently a Junior Concept & Character Artist at FUN-GI Games and occasionally accepts freelance work in her evenings and weekends!
