Biography
Michael Moran is an American artist whose philosophy centers on the idea that accessibility creates the key of curiosity that unlocks infinite imagination. With a foundation in 2D illustration, game design, web comics, and storytelling, Michael uses his skills to give form to his boundless creativity, always guided by his love of learning and exploration.
Born and raised in the rust belt of Western Pennsylvania, Michael grew up queer in an area where a community did not exist. This experience brings a unique perspective to his work as an artist, which is grounded in human experiences and designed to be engaging, approachable, and personal.
Michael graduated from Westmoreland County Community College in May 2020 with an Associate Degree in Art, where he honed his skills in 2D design, drawing, and painting. He is always striving to expand his skill set and has a beginner's familiarity with animation and 3D. Whether through his art or his writing, Michael seeks to inspire others to embrace their curiosity and unlock their own infinite imagination.
