Hi, I'm a Junior Animator who is great at taking feedback, a fast and eager learner, and very easy to work with. I'm a former professional basketball coach switching careers, so I know what it takes to be successful and my track record of my work ethic, teamwork, and positive leadership will lead me to doing it again.  I started teaching myself Maya a few weeks into the US Covid lockdown and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, I took a project through the entire pipeline myself, learning to do each part as I got to it. I then completed Technicolor's Academy at the Focus, was told I was 1 of the strongest students (despite never going to art school), and earned a job offer in Montreal. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a visa because my degrees aren't art related. I'm a UK and US citizen in the US, but hoping to move to the UK, where I don't need a visa. After the academy, I completed Lucas Ridley's Beginner Animators Journey course and then have been studying with Andrew Silke. Some of my animations are included in the new asset pack as part of Andrew's Zoo Tools Pro. A big thing working with Andrew has been improving my speed and really mastering the fundamentals. Currently, I've been working on game and stylized animations, and have some that will be added to my reel soon. Andrew has me attempt a lot of animations and then I go back and finish the best ones, so that's where I am right now.
