I was born in El Salvador and grew up in Los Angeles. I learned English by watching cartoons as a child. This love for animation eventually led to me teaching myself how to draw by the time I was seven years old. I was always curious about creating these images for film and television from a very young age. When I saw that the work involved many creative and talented people coming together and working as a team to develop a work of art, I knew I wanted to be a part of the animation Industry.
