Hello! My name is Martina Roca. After my first job as a Digital Matte Painter at Mikros Animation, I am very excited to start the next chapter of my journey in the animation industry.

Biography

Martina Roca is a Digital Matte Painter / Visual Development artist from Barcelona Spain. She graduated in October 2020 from La Salle URL in the 3D Animation & VFX Bachelor´s Degree. After graduating, she specialized in Visual Development at ESCOLA JOSO where she graduated from the Concept Art Program in 2021.

She has been working at Mikros Animation as a Digital Matte Painter from September 2022 to June 2023. At Mikros, she was responsible for painting and projecting high-quality backgrounds, cyclos and set extensions for the upcoming feature films: PAW PATROL: The Mighty Movie and Thelma the Unicorn.

She sees herself as a creative person with initiative and commitment. She loves creating new interesting worlds that appeal to the public. But especially, she likes creating content with a motivating team for the audience that she loves
